Corporate clients are required to bring their personal identification for the individuals attending. This includes photographic ID such as a drivers licence or a passport and proof of address (not more than 3 months old) in the form of a utilities bill, bank statement or council tax bill.
We are also required to check that the company or organisation is in existence, as well as the company officers authority and capacity to represent the company.
Documents required may include:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Board Resolutions
- Authorised Signatories for the Company
All relevant documents UNSIGNED including an English translation of any document if required.
